Pre-payment is required for all in-person appointments or services rendered.

Late fees apply to all accounts not settled on the same day of service.

We only accept cash / EFTPOS / Southern Cross Easy Pay (NO credit card / bank transfer)

Bank transfer is reserved for email or phone repeat prescription requests and phone consultations which are given a 3-day grace period to pay.

After hours surcharge of $35 applies on weekdays after 5.30pm.
